  Key Responsibilities

  As a Machine Operator, you will:

  • Set up and monitor production machinery to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.

  • Work from technical drawings and instructions to ensure production meets exact specifications.

  • Perform regular quality inspections and report any deviations.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement regarding production processes and workflows.

  Qualifications

  We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Relevant education in engineering, mechanical technology, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent experience from a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

  • A strong technical interest and the ability to quickly learn new systems and machinery.

  • A basic understanding of mechanics and electronics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to work.

  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.

  • Good computer literacy, specifically for reporting in ERP systems.

  • A forklift license is considered a strong merit.
